WERK1 is the ideal place for startups in Munich to embark on projects in a motivating and inspiring working environment – whether in your own startup office or in our coworking space.
Our goal is to make digital entrepreneurs successful and create the basis for the jobs of the future – all while creating a positive impact for Munich.
To achieve this, we are lowering the entry barriers for entrepreneurs, promoting digital startups and curating programmes.
WERK1 is located in new Werksviertel-Mitte neighbourhood, near Munich’s Ostbahnhof. And it can be reached quickly and easily thanks to the excellent public transport connections or by bike.

Are you looking for a startup office, support and a good network and there are about 4 people? Then this office is the perfect one for you.

Has your startup already had its first results and consists of about 8 employees? Here we go!
Team
Does your team consist of about 12 employees and have the desire to continue growing? The offices in the Team category will suit you perfectly.
Big Room
Our largest rooms offer space for up to 17 people. But renting several office spaces is also a possibility in general.
CoWorking
Looking for an inspiring environment to focus on your projects? Do you like it quiet sometimes? And are you always on the lookout for interaction with other freelancers and creative minds? Then or coworking is the right place for you. In addition to our Silent Space and Communication Space, we offer workshops, events and special prices in our café. And the most important thing: you are part of the innovative and active WERK1 community.

The day pass for coworking can only be used from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and is only bookable for a maximum of 3 people from one company per day.
Upgrading, downgrading or cancelling: tell us by the 15th of the month and we can tailor your membership to best suit your needs.
WERK1 is not only home to digital startups and coworkers but also offers an exceptional venue for events, meeting rooms and a recording studio.
