Hi, it’s me – Janina! In my role as Group Lead Operations & Strategy, I am responsible for Startups, Coworking, Coliving, Events & Services and Building. I work closely with the Team Leads, support the teams and look at how we can further develop the services at WERK1. At the same time, I work with Robert, our CEO, on topics such as strategy, networks and stakeholder management.
Before I came to WERK1, I worked in management consulting for many years and can now combine this perspective with the innovative environment at WERK1.
