My background bridges corporate product leadership and venture building, hands-on UX/Product Design, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy.
I spent several years in corporate venture building at Knauf Digital, working across multiple B2B SaaS in construction industry as PO & Chapter Lead Product Design. I established product workflows, DesignOps systems, growth frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.
For the past years, I have been advising and coaching startups through programs such as UnternehmerTUM, Start2 Group, and private startup advisory engagements. I support founders in validating markets, shaping value propositions, building product activation flows, defining analytics instrumentation, and designing user onboarding experiences that drive measurable outcomes. My mentoring approach is practical, empathetic, and focused on real traction.
I have also founded and failed my own startup, which taught me humility, prioritization, and resilience. I understand early founder challenges not only from theory, but from lived experience.
