I’m a co-founder of ingrain in Munich and work as an Interim CFO and Fractional CFO with startups in the seed and growth stage. My focus is on building lean accounting, controlling, and reporting structures that give founders the transparency they need to make sound decisions early on. In my role, I combine hands-on operational work with a strategic view of financial planning, helping teams set up processes that enable sustainable scaling.
