Many years of experience in the startup space as a coach and mentor. From classic risk assessment and client management to innovation and product development. Extensive experience in human-centered design / design thinking and testing. Good at asking “stupid” questions and checking for bias by asking myself: “What would Flo do? Would Flo understand this?” Skilled at asking tough questions while keeping a positive atmosphere and navigating through the fog together. A little crazy, with a playful, light-hearted view on life and that opens up new paths for me.
