About me
I have over ten years of experience in executive search and support founders with practical insights in the areas of sales, recruiting, and HR. After completing my business studies at the University of St. Gallen, I began my career at a leading publicly listed executive search firm in Munich. My focus was on successfully placing specialists and executives in finance and accounting roles. In addition, I was responsible for establishing and building a new team, which I developed into one of the most successful teams within the division.
Today, as a Partner at LSG & Kollegen, I advise medium-sized companies and technology leaders on filling critical key positions. My work is characterized by a collaborative approach, a strong service orientation, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by growing organizations.
