At amazon, Holtzbrinck, Tchibo, Hugendubel, and most recently baby-walz I have lead companies through their startup phase, innovated mature business models and was also involved in tough restructuring and turnaround situations.
In international family, corporate as well as NGO environments my focus – apart from general management and board responsibilities – has been on digital strategy, building top teams and driving organizational change, resulting in data-driven and profitable innovation. This focus will continue to be at the heart of future projects.
